At Satvik Foods LLC, we take great care in sourcing and shipping fresh, premium-quality mangoes. As mangoes are a perishable and seasonal fruit, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, we are committed to ensuring a great experience for our customers and are happy to address any genuine concerns.
1. No Returns on Mangoes
All mango orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the delicate and perishable nature of the fruit.
2. Natural Black Spots & Variations
Mangoes are a natural product and may sometimes have black spots, blemishes, or variations in size, color, and ripeness. These are common and do not affect the taste or quality of the fruit.
Such natural imperfections are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
3. Damaged or Spoiled Orders
If your mangoes arrive severely damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

4. Late Claims
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
5. Refund Processing
